Wonderful!! The staff are so friendly! Francesco and his brother were very welcoming. Romanella in the evenings was cheerful and lovely. The poor area is great to relax in on a hot day. The room we clean and cosy with amazing AC!

It is a small, family-owned place with a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Decent breakfast with amazing homemade cake every day. Easy access to restaurants and the beach without it being too much in the middle of everything. Nice cozy vibe and a little pool to cool down at the premises. Clean, nice and charming.

Firstly the location is great, just outside of the busy area for food and drinks and just 5 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was served at a reasonable time and the variety of foods was great, fresh cake every day, amazing! The pool, although not massive, provided ample relief from the heat of the day and was surrounded by lemon and small palm trees. All of the staff were lovely and informative, and went out of their way to be as helpful as they could.

We had a great time at Fior di Lino, very nice, new, clean room, friendly host, good breakfast, beautiful garden, thank you)

We had an amazing time at Fior di Lino Rooms. It's a family-run business, and the owners are welcoming, polite and very professional. Clean rooms, small buffet breakfast with a good selection of fresh/local products, and only 5/7 minutes away from San Vito Lo Capo main beach. Definitely recommended.

“Exceded Expectations”

This is a beautiful little hotel centred around a patio / garden and little pool. Each room has its own patio also. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, a short walk away from the beach and hustle and bustle in a tranquil corner of town, a big plus was also how easy it was to drive from the main road. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We stayed with our almost 3yr old, it felt very safe and easy and the team were extremely very kind and patient. Would highly recommend and return.

It’s an oasis with comfy rooms , lovely breakfast on offer and a superb outdoor and pool area to relax in after a long day out exploring the nearby beaches and area. Francesco and his team were super helpful and attentive… couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Great value.

Amazing little family run property in the heart of San Vito Lo Copa. Perfect location, a couple of mins walk to the beach and all the restaurants/shops. Rooms were clean, airy and had great aircon. The pool/bar area was beautiful and so peaceful, everything is exactly as pictured. We had a rental car and the owner kindly offered us a parking pass so we could park right outside free of charge! Couldnt say enough great things about this little place, STAY HERE!
