We stayed in San Vito Lo Capo for 1 week at the end of June. upon arrival the owner meet us with a huge fresh pizza and wine in case we were hungry from our trip. He gave us a complete run through of the property, keys, things to do around the area (where to get the best breakfast (Italian style), place to rent umbrellas and lounge on the beach, and were to eat). We were advised that since he lived far from the property, a Neighboring mechanic would be help us in case of anything, and this gentleman was very helpful, and sweet. The property: I spent weeks comparing apartments on booking and other sites, I am very picky on cleanliness, especially kitchens and bathrooms. This property did not disappoint. The entire place was spotless and up to date. We were a family of 4, with 2 teenagers, we had enough room for everyone to have their own space. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 inside and 1 outside. we cooked outside all the time, it was such a pleasure to enjoy the outside, while having a huge, shaded patio space. The washing machine was super clean, and he had a space to hang the cloths to dry. We rented our space on the beach at Al Sabbione, it was a 7 min walk from the property, and it was perfect. The apartment is away from all the restaurants in a quite corner, but its only a 5 min walk to the center. so, it was the best of both worlds, quiet to enjoy your sleep, but close enough to all the hassle and bustle of the tourist section. There is a dog that belons to the mechanic, the sweetest dog , he likes to lie down in the middle of the street, so just keep an eye out when arriving, he also loves a slice of ham. I would definitely return to this property again.

Wonderful apartment! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and provides a comfortable stay. Spacious patio and the ability to cook in the fresh air adds a special appeal to this apartment. New furniture, comfortable beds, all necessary appliances, good repairs. A few minutes walk to the beach.Near all the necessary shops, including a fish market. Special thanks to the hospitable owners who are ready to help with any questions.
