“Excellent place, just one block of the beach and super close to main restaurants”
Great place and location! Everything new and super clean! Close to the beach and main restaurants in the city. great parking in lot for the car. We had a great time with our family including a baby! Definitely I would come back to this place and recommend for couple, family or friends.

“Highly recommend to Everyone.”
Apartment consist of everything what you need. Very kind landlord who welcome you with the best cannoli which I have ever eaten. Location is perfect, just a few steps from see. We had a night return flight and Valeria offered us support to store our suitcases by a few hours. Great place for chilling out. With pleasure to come back here in the future. Highly recommend to Everyone.

Everything was great we had a amazing time. The beach,stores,restaurants very close to the apartment. The place is very clean comfortable. I can not say any bad thing.It's really good that we chose this apartment. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone. Thank you Valeria.

“Perfect Stay”
Flat is all new, super clean, and very well equipped. Very close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The staff is super nice and available, they even provided a welcome surprise which made my day (actually the entiry holiday), but you won't need to contact them because you will find everything you need in the flat.

“Wonderful apartment, guest and location right next to a wonderful beach”
Perfect location: less than 100 meters from the beach, and short walk from restaurant and supermarket. The apartment has really everything you might need and was spotless clean! The owner Valeria was really friendly and very responsive. This is one of the best apartments I ever had!

“Ideal appartment”
The cleaness of the appartment, amenities and kitchen utilities, proximity to the sea and restaurants this all made our stay perfect. Valeria is a great host - she gave us useful tips for nice restaurants and bars, and as a welcome gift there was a variety of italian cakes from local bakery, bottle of water and juice.

Apartment was greater than we imagine. Brand new and nice furnitures. Whole apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Valeria is very kind and friendly. We get several welcome gifts (water, cakes, etc.) Canolli was very delicious!! :)

The location is excellent! The property is very well taken care of and fully equipped with anything you might need. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming and even had some cannoli waiting for us on arrival :)

“Amazing place for vacation”
Excellent apartment, where the owners thought of everything that the guests will need during their stay. There is nothing that you use at your home and is not available here. Very, very clean. Very nice host, easy to communicate and punctual. Prices in San Vito Lo Capo are high, but this place is absolute value for money. Ideal for family with kids.

“2 couples having a great time”
New Apartment, very close to the beach and restaurant/bar area. Nice private terrace for drinks and music. Coffee and washing machine available. Very nice host. Pro tipp: rent a boat to go to the bays of Zingaro national park (130€ for 6h)
