Overview
Parkhotel Ladinia is a wellness resort in San Vito di Cadore, 300 metres from the Donaria ski lift. All rooms feature a mountain-view balcony and there is free Wi-Fi. Room at the Ladinia features a classic, mountain style. In the apartments, all bed linen and bath towels are included, as are all the facilities at the hotel. The free spa has a panoramic view of the Dolomites and features a sauna, hot tub, Turkish bath, and an indoor swimming pool. A gym and a range of relaxing massages is also available. Parkhotel Ladinia's restaurant offers a varied menu of Mediterranean and local cuisine, and has been recommended in a number of restaurant guides. For children there is a colourful play room, plus a mini cinema and five-a-side football pitch.

Good location with no parking issues, lovely staff with great facilities. Nice and quiet location. Our room was always warm, short walk to a local ski lift. We enjoyed walks around & relaxing

“Overall good but could have been better”
Good location, convenient if you want to reach the main attractions in the area. The rooms were comfortable however the common areas could use an update. The gym is great but the indoor pool is so heavily chlorinated the smell is overpowering! The garden and outdoor area is lively. Staff is very friendly and the lady at the reception was knowledgeable.

Fantastic location in a perfect little town that has everything. Our second time in one of the apartments at the hotel. Easy access to Cortina and walks in the Dolomites and free loan of mountainbikes at the hotel. The hotel has developed the spa area, with a new outdoor pool and relaxation area, in addition to a reasonably sized indoor pool. All in all a very relaxing place to stay.

Clean, charming and staff very helpful. Beautiful common areas and wellness areas with big comfortable double sofa-beds and view of Monte Pelmo through the floor-to-ceiling glazing, great view from the room also and beautiful to wake up to.

“Exceptional, spacious, clean, great atmosphere, great location, super staff!”
It was awesome! We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, it had everything we needed in it, The kitchen was well equipped and the all the rooms super spacious. The balcony had amazing views of course, perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee! The staff were super helpful, and friendly, and we loved the sauna every evening! The dinner at the hotel was exceptional too!
