“Lovely place to base your Dolomites vacation”

The location in the Dolomites was great and the staff were fantastic. What a lovely team of people! The building is a charming traditional chalet style hotel and a little tired in places but very comfortable and homely. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety. Aperitivo on the terrace was an added bonus. The room was comfortable and an added bonus was the bath. We had some useful guidance from the staff about the various hikes, who were clearly experienced and the town of San Vito was a pretty town to still around in the evening. The final touch was being sent off with a little packet of home baked cookies for our journey. We appreciated that!

“A great base for the Dolomites, a wonderful family run small hotel”

The owners and staff were so welcoming and helpful with information of what to do in the area. They gave us great advise and we absolutely loved our Dolomites experience. The complementary afternoon "Snacks" were more like a meal - and was given with such generosity. The homemade cakes added to Breakfast were delicious. By the time we left it was like leaving family.

Exceptional staff make staying here a joy. Nothing was too much for this team. Our arrival was very lat due to major delays. It the team smoothed our way for a very late check in which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was made with love and had many choices. Complimentary afternoon tea was a welcome touch after a day of exploring this stunning area. Dinner options were walkable on a well made bike/ walking path off the main road and recommendations available from helpful reception staff.

Katia is a wonderful host, as is her whole family. The hotel is so charming and everything you need is provided. The breakfasts are absolutely deliziosa. A huge thank you to Katia for going above and beyond in helping us to communicate with Lost luggage at Venezio airport, to facilitate the delivery of a suitcase. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Katia, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. She gave us wonderful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and activities in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel's decor is beautiful, charming, and cozy, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast deserves special recognition: it is outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality products. Another lovely touch was the afternoon coffee service offered by the hotel. Guests can enjoy the snacks provided and only pay for the beverages they consume, which creates a warm and welcoming experience. Without a doubt, this was a memorable stay, and we would be delighted to return in the future.

The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view and a very kind, caring staff. The breakfast was simple, homemade, and delicious. They also offered free snacks during the day, (after 16:30)which was very convenient because in the evening it was difficult to find open restaurants or shops. Overall, everything was excellent. I would recommend!

“Nice hotel near Cortina”

Nice and cute hotel to stay for a ski trip to Cortina and other resorts around. Nice cozy room with nice modern bathroom. Very clean. helpful staff and nice breakfast. at a very convenient location.

The location is right on the road, so very easy to reach and saving on driving time. The hotel is family run, the staff are very polite and respectful. Breakfast at the hotel is continental with a nice selection of homemade cakes. An added bonus is the afternoon snack time with bread and sweets, one has to only pay for any beverages consumed.

A real gem in the Dolomites area! The hospitality was warm, genuine, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was calm and authentic, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and plenty of options. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, like the cookies and afternoon snacks offered with such care. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, authenticity, and kindness so effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and heartfelt stay in San Vito!

The mountain view from our room balcony is stunning. Their buffet breakfast offers everything I want. The underground parking garage is roomy.

We LOVED staying here! The hotel has a great location, nice staff, everything was clean, the breakfast was amazing, it made our staying really memorable. Will come again that's for sure!

Amazing breakfast, very generous and lots of variety. The staff were super helpful and kind, went above and beyond to help us with recommendations of things to do around the area and help getting to/from bus station and very generous with the food

The room and toilet is clean! There were quite a variety of options if you’re a vegan. The staffs are all nice and we received homemade cookies when we checked out.
