“Comfortable and modern apartment with a responsive host”

Stylish, modern, clean and well designed garden apartment with a gorgeous plunge pool in easy walking distance of everything in this pretty town. Everything we needed was provided. Alberto had some kind gifts and provisions waiting for us and his service as host was excellent. We were delayed due to lost luggage until very late and he still met us and welcomed us, another time when we locked ourselves out he was able to help us immediately. We would certainly come again, great value for money.

Wonderful place, actually better than the photos shown. Plenty of space to chill in a recently renovated home with high standards regarding finishes, quality of materials employed and excellent taste. Lovely friendly, bustling small town, a perfect base to visit Lecce, Monopoli, Ostundi, Alberobello, etc. Last but not least, Alberto, a helpful and generous host. Would certainly return and will def recommend to friends and family.

Very tastefully renovated and furnished apartment in a central location. Great landlord! From the communication before our stay to the support on site, everything went very well. Alberto is very committed and always available. The apartment is equipped with everything you need on a vacation. There is even a pool that had just been finalised before our arrival. Much appreciated :-) Wonderful atmosphere and style, technically at a high level. The location is ideal as a starting point for city trips and beach days. San Vito itself is wonderfully authentic, with a beautiful gastro and cultural scene.

Really a perfect location for our holiday. Brand new (almost finished), comfortable and a super friendly host. If you don't mind a drive this is the ideal location to visit some highlights in the region (Lecce, Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, Bari etc). Combine it with beach visits. But it is also nvery ice to have some terrasses on walking distance within San Vito dei Normanni itself. A nice and friendly small city. Sometimes you can park in front of the appartment, otherwise there is a free parking square within 3 minutes walking. The home itself is fully equiped, clean and feels good. We had a great stay and would adivise the Miro home to others.
