We stayed in 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. All the people in the masseria were very nice and helpfull. The gardens and the pool was very relax. On top, there was tennis court and some toys which was very good for my 7 years daughter.

Beautiful and quiet location, very friendly, welcoming and helpful stuff. They organized a tour in a local cheese place where we could make our own mozzarella and also another tour in their own winery. We definitely want to come back.

It is a perfect spot for a peaceful stay in Puglia. It has been our second time there and we will for sure be back again. Our room was also impecable this time. All people working in Zambardo are great, you do not feel like in a hotel at all. What we also appreciate is that you are not „chased” with receipts, signatures etc.when you order coffee or wine at the pool. It is done very discreet, with no rush.

the rooms are amazing! so big and clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing as well, so many different dishes to try from, and all of it home made. the place is beautiful, in the middle of nowhere with palmtrees, and flowers and olive trees all around, it is really nice, just like in the pictures, and the staff also very helpful, the owner lives in it, so you know she likes things working out things perfect

I liked the location close to many small towns and nice beaches. The breakfast was fantastic and all locally grown food and home made.

Everything was lovely. Absolutely beautiful location, very friendly staff and spacious rooms. There is another location nearby where you can have dinner, which is again a very nice location and they have excellent food.

Quiet location and refreshing pool only about a 15 minute drive to Mesagne - a pretty town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Hosts and staff at Zambardo were super friendly and helpful.

“A Truly Magical Stay at Masseria Zambardo”

Our stay at Masseria Zambardo was simply unforgettable. Nestled in the stunning countryside, the masseria offers an atmosphere of complete peace and relaxation, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. It was the perfect escape to unwind and reset. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight—a spread of cured meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh fruits, cakes, and freshly made juices, along with rich, delicious coffee. The breakfast area itself is enchanting: a vine-covered terrace overlooking the pool, creating a dreamlike start to every day. The pool was another favourite of ours—spacious, crystal-clear, and surrounded by lavender. Not only was it beautiful, but we were pleasantly surprised not to get a single mosquito bite, which we suspect was thanks to the lavender! The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, and we had no issues at all communicating in English. A heartfelt thank you to Anna for her outstanding customer service and flawless English—she truly made us feel welcome. We also signed up for a cooking class at their sister property, Masseria Incantalupi, which was an incredible experience. Maria, the chef who guided the class, was patient, knowledgeable, and engaging, walking us through every step as we prepared veal roulade, orecchiette, and tiramisù. We enjoyed our creations outdoors on the beautiful terrace of Incantalupi, surrounded by the charm of the Apulian countryside. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be returning next year. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility, great food, and authentic southern Italian hospitality. We also highly recommend the cooking classes with Maria, a fantastic way to learn and experience the true flavours of authentic Puglian cuisine.
