Lovely family run masseria! Exceptionally well maintained property with lovely huge rooms. A delicious sumptuous breakfast. A must stay if you want a base in this part of Puglia. Being away from the city, the quiet and sound of birds is lovely. Very attentive and hospitable staff. Andrea, Giordano and Oksana, thank you for your lovely hospitality.

This is a beautiful masseria, retaining many original features. It is ideally situated for our onward travel to Brindisi airport. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. We unfortunately did not have time to use the pool or gym facilities but both looked excellent. Both the breakfast and evening meals were delightful and plentiful. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, special call out to Andrea who got me to the airport following a mix up with the taxi company.

Peaceful location perfect for a complete rest and well positioned to visit the main attractions of Central Puglia- the pool was bliss at the end of each day! The dinner was exceptionally good - a real highlight of our trip and the staff were marvellous.

Amazing stay at Masseria Incantalupi, We were there 7 years ago and returned this summer. It was exactly the same, beautiful, tranquil, amazing food, pool gorgeous, staff ( Oxana, Marie Therse, Andrea and Vlad ) so helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, exceptional accommodation, fabulous gardens and pool. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Andrea! The breakfasts were amazing with beautiful produce, baked goods and huge range of choices. Dinner was excellent but make sure you bring an appetite as the fare is generous and irresistible. The wine is superb and I heartily recommend the Estasi negroamaro/primitivo blend.

“Delightful place for a relaxing break with excellent staff.”

The property is beautiful with a small gym, tennis court and great pool. Set in acres of farmland and with lovely gardens around the buildings. The food is plentiful and very good, I have a food allergy that was managed perfectly with freshly made bread and cakes every morning. Dinner is a set menu but 4 courses delicious courses. The best thing about Incantalupi is the staff, everyone is extremely helpful, polite and friendly. It really feels like staying with friends. Andrea gave us a personal tour of their own winery, taking time out of his busy day just for us. It was a lovely experience. This is my first ever perfect review, we will definitely be back.
