Beautiful location, very spacious house, everything is top-notch. Billiards, table tennis, jacuzzi, loungers under palm trees, glass-enclosed dining room, fireplace for grilling, and a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We were a group of seven people, and it exceeded our expectations. A very helpful and kind host. Best regards, and maybe we'll see you again soon!

“Great location with charming garden”
Very close to small beaches, just right for a quick swim. Good restaurants within about a 10-minute walk. Very well-kept garden. For best views, the 2 sunbeds from the roof can be used. Large house with lots of different amenities to hang around.

I have no words to describe how amazing this location is. The garden is superb, the facilities are everything you might need (fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms in every room), and the jacuzzi takes it to the next level! Paolo is also a super friendly host and he was always available on WhatsApp if we needed anything.

“Great fun…”
Space of entire house with 5 bedrooms, parking, pool table, ping-pong table, hot tub (needs to be cleaned out)and the location which was convenient for visiting Polignano a Mare & Monopoli. We especially appreciate Paolo who was very flexible, accommodating and most of all so pleasant.

Lovely villa in a great location, very close to the sea. The villa has a pool table, hot tub and pretty garden. The centre of San Vito is a short walk away. Paolo was a very friendly and welcoming host, providing us with lots of information about local restaurants and places to see.
