This place is a gem. For a relatively low price you get a spacious, clean, comfortable room. The hosts are very lovely and helpful people, and the breakfast was really great. Honestly, the best breakfast I ever experienced in an Italian accomodation.

Super clean, lovely-sweet decoration, feeling like at home, very inviting, the design of the house amazing, and the aminities were great, the hosts super nice, the garden as well very very comfy had a chill time! Was an absolutely great stay!

Excellent property, close to Palmanova Outlet, secluded, calm and cosy, with extra kind host, who speaks good English language and is very acceptive of any request. Breakfast was very good, with local cuisine. Warm reccommendation for families and couples, who prefer peaceful place for vacation.

This place is unreal. From the most pleasant hosts to the spotless cleanliness of the room - everything is perfect. After our evening walk, the host greeted us with homemade focaccia. Breakfast was included and prepared by the lovely host, who repetedly asked if we wanted anything else. On our way home, they gifted us a homemade olive soap. This was our last stop on a 20-day trip around Italy and it was the best. We are very thankful to the owners for this wonderful experience!
