The place looks so nice and the shoe town is super cute - the front villa is wow The staff was super friendly even helped us with restaurants etc . It was already a bit chilly but we turned a bit the heater on and it was perfect. We had the 2 rooms room and it was super . I wish we had stayed more If ever in need will surely come back here

The owner is so nice and helpful. He welcomed us like family. The area is very quiet. The house/rooms are clean. The house is old but super homie. The plates and silverware are very clean.

Very quiet and nice area. The place is unique and difficult to explain in writing. The apparent simplicity of the accommodation does improve at night with the beautiful scenario of the restaurant. We had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in a very comfortable organization and magnificent cleanliness. Very gentle host, always ready to accomplish at any request. Just a few minutes from Palmanova by car. Excellent choice : )

Genius loci. Excellence cuisine

Amazing house, big and cozy. Spacious house with three rooms. There is one room on one side of the house and two on the other in the same hall. Downstairs there is a large place where there is a kitchen/ living room. In front of the house there is a huge porch and a lot of green surface- grass for sitting, playing, relaxing... The house and garden are fenced, so nothing can be seen from the street.
