“Excellent choice”
One of the best b&bs we visited in Italy Great as well as generous hospitality. Excellent as well as beautiful facilities Tasty fresh breakfast with a variety of choices. Close to Assisi, Spello and Perugia.

“10/10 +warm ambiance”
Location was amazing exceptionally convenient to visit Umbria. The design as well as the facilities were superb. The garden, pool and spa were beautiful and the 2 super cute ponies were a bonus. Hospitality was warm and amazing. Both Barbara and David, were welcoming, generous and extremely helpful. First rate amenities (bathrobe, slippers, shower cap, mini bar, kettle). Breakfast was amazing catering to all flavors! Just hoping to have an available room next time :).

Very nice place. Good breakfast. Good beds. Very nice wellness with good idea that you book it and the it is only for you for 1 hour. Nice and helpful host. Perfect maintenance. Convenient location - close by car/bike to all nice towns

“Perfect place for relaxing.”
This place is amazing. The perfect place for disconnecting and relax. It's in the middle of a very great and peaceful landscape. It's a small borgo, very familiar, facilities are super clean. Rooms were super comfortable. It has a beautiful and huge exterior garden with a swimming pool and relaxing area. We didn't try the spa but facilities look great. The best thing of the place are the stuff who were kind and gentle from day 1. They make you feel like home

“Nice and quiet stay near Assisi and Perugia”
Very spacious room. Clean, even a bit sterile. Free use of the spa (which we declined) and bit of chlorine smell from it, nothing bad. Quiet location in the fields.

The room, breakfast, and spa facilities were superb! The hosts were really nice and welcoming. We had a very relaxing three days here. The location is also excellent, with the beautiful towns of Spello and Assisi close by. I highly recommend this place!
