“Loved our time there with Gioia. Would definitely recommend.”
The apartment had everything we needed & was very comfortable. Gioia is a fabulous host & provides excellent accommodation. She showed us her upstairs 3 bedroom apartment which is also fabulous. The whole property used to be her family home. Wish we’d had a longer stay. There’s free secure parking. Taco is her very friendly dog.

“Always happy days at Villa happy Days, it is perfect and Gioia, the host, is wonderful”
I stayed at Villa Happy Days before and I will definitely be back again! Gioia is incredibly kind, so is her husband Gabri. They offer a lot of advice, restaurant tips, and Gioia made sure I could get an appointment for a manicure. If you want to stay in a cosy italian home while being 10 minutes away from the ocean and not far from other beautiful cities in Tuscany, this is the place to stay! We also got a parking ticket for the beach Rimigliano, which is a huge benefit. It truly is a happy place!
