Just opposite the new marina and the beaches, Residence Villa Livia is in San Vincenzo, along the Tuscan coast. It offers air-conditioned apartments, some equipped with a balcony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. WiFi is free throughout. Set in a 20th-century villa completely restored, apartments are complete with a fully equipped kitchenette and a living area with satellite TV. They all come with wood furniture and light décor. They can also relax on the property’s furnished terrace. Located along the E80 state road, the property is a 50-minute drive from Livorno.

“Absolutely loved it!”
The location is absolutely magnificent! We loved the small area in town to stroll, eat and enjoy the evening. Boats and sea a stones throw from the apartment. Clean, tidy and vomfortable. Thank you!

“On the whole very comfortable and value for money as a group .”
It was very central , close to restaurants/bars/ shops/ train station . It had a fabulous view of the marina from a spacious and furnished private terrace .
