Located 3 km from San Vincenzo's beaches, the Podere San Giuseppe offers country-style studios and apartments with kitchenettes. It has a pool with jacuzzi surrounded by peaceful gardens. Very nice rooms and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need. They have a service to order croissants for breakfast that you find by your door in the morning. Parking for the car and a swimming pool we did not use as we were there in late October. Information available to visit the area.

“Great relaxing stay in a comfortable apartment”
Great apartments. Nice large pool with lounge chairs, garage with ev. Safe closed area. Communal area with table tennis , picknick table, drinks. Very friendly staff. (We were allowed to change apartment) Dog friendly

Secure, lots of facilities for both adults and kids, bike rental is very reasonable and the staff were great. We were there for 3 nights, wish we had longer, it was a pity to leave.

“San Vincenzo one nighter”
The location was close to all amenities. The pool is great to start the day, and if you like fitness, the gym is well equipped. The host (Roberta) is great and goes out of her way to help.

“We enjoyed our stay very much.”
Great for family vacation: there is a playground, pool, bbq area and gym. It takes approx. 4 min by car to get to a lovely and clean beach, south from the marina, 3 min to the town or a big grocery shop.

Very beautiful apartment with typical Tuscany look. Nicely done surroundings,patio and little garden, place to walk dog and underground car park. Roberta is very nice and helpful host which will recommend you grate thinks to visit around. And you can order fresh baked pastries everyday.

we loved our stay! On our whay there a storm got us and we ware all wet on our motorcycles. Very frendly host provide us with dryers and hangers an we felt very wellcomed! Clean, spacius rooms and good beds! all 10!
