“Sudden change of plan!”
Location excellent, well looked after, Deborah the owner bent over backwards to accommodate us when our plans changed suddenly. Supposed to be on a campervan holiday but the van developed a fault and had to book emergency accommodation.

Privacy. Enough space. Don't hear much of road sounds or neighbors. Location good for beach and bus in direction to Piombino, also grocery shop not far away. Quiete well equipet kitchen.

Very comfy apartment, just a short walk from the beach. It was clean and well equipped. The check in went smoothly, there are quite a few free parking spaces just outside.

“Nice appartment in a quite area”
The apartment was very spacious and with balcony with a side view on the sea. The location is OK, only 10-15 minutes walking from the beach/town. I recommend to take a car and go for the natural beach in Rimigliano (Lago Verde Beach bar)-simple but no crowds…

“Perfect for simple living”
A short walk to the seafront. It was very quiet, and there is a lovely pasticceria just a minutes walk away to get breakfast, and the conad is only a 5 minute walk if you need other bits. Price was good compared to others in the area, good for a simple short stay. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, had everything we needed.

“An utterly disappointing stay”
Host made no effort to be there at check-in even though I had called in advance of our arrival. Appartment was dark and somewhat grubby looking. Kitchen contained only very basic utensils;coffee maker was covered in mould (had been probably left in the cupboard wet/unwashed for weeks; hot water was totally rusty (I had to run it for a god 30 minutes before it became clear.).

“Aladdin's cave”
The place is large, bedroom and kitchen clean and comfortable, kitchen is well equiped. The place was very clean, the owner Anna came across as a warm woman. Great place to enjoy San Vincenzo!
