“This place was like a dream - I highly recommend it!”

This place was simply perfect: breathtaking views, private pool area, gorgeous modern renovated villa and within walking distance to the centre of San Vincenzo and the beach. My friend and I spent a long weekend here, and we were absolutely thrilled with the place. As the cherry on the cake, the owners were really friendly and helpful - communication was really smooth and we got our bags delivered to the train station, among other things. Thank you a thousand times!

We were in a well equipped, modern apartment. Kathy and Mamma had everything well prepared and informed us on our arrival. This allowed us to concentrate fully on the holiday. We had a fantastic view from the terrace whole day. Pool area was also fantastic in the garden. Thank you again for the opportunity and we highly recommend it to travellers.

I liked the garden, the quietness, the pool should be nice in the summer (we were in April, bit too cold for swimming). The kitchen was nicely equipped and so we cooked there one night (no oven though). The lady was courteous, everything was very clean. We were introduced to the apartment by the mother, I only understand a few words of Italian here and there, but we managed with smiles, nods and grazie.

This is a beautiful tranquil property of a very high standard. It had everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay. Pool, Barbeque, beautiful gardens to sit in. Very friendly hosts. Amazing views. A 10/15 minute walk to beach and town. A 10/20 minute drive will bring you to some amazing long beaches surrounded by forests. I would highly recommend this property.

A comfortable and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need during your stay. Large bathroom, comfortable bedroom, functional kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two small TVs, towels were also available. A private garden with a sitting area, additionally a gazebo with sun loungers. There is also a fantastic swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. You can rest from the sun in the shade of a large palm tree, there is also a professional barbecue area available. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, an ideal place to rest and relax. Public parking is right in front of the villa. To the center of San Vincenzo (down) about 10 minutes walk, back a little longer because it is uphill - a good option to burn calories after a meal 😊 Very nice and helpful owners, good contact via SMS and WhatsApp, as well as personal despite language differences 😊
