Good location near university with tram & bus links to city centre. Very nice room with a small kitchen and dining table. Breakfast only 7 euros each and I was able to leave luggage after check-out free of charge. Friendly staff, very clean.

“Excellent staff/bed/breakfast”

Excellent place to stay in Alicante. We arrived around 22h after a long 6h-drive and the girl in the reception welcomed us with the best attention and care. The bed was comfy, breakfast area is very clean and inviting, and our overall feeling was familiar and warm. I am sure that you will enjoy your stay here! :D

Perfect location for university. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Small kitchen included also - fridge, hob and microwave. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. San Vincent also 5 mins walk.

Very near university, modern, clean with excellent facilities. The receptionist (Daniella) was great - very welcoming & helpful. The surprising thing was there was a small kitchen in the room with a fully-sized fridge, microwave and hob, plus basic utensils for cooking so it is ideal if staying longer-term. I bought breakfast on the day and it was only €5 per person - a buffet with lots of choice. A good Chinese restaurant nearby - cheap and big portions. Plus other eating places and shops nearby too. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful. First of all, the hotel staff were great! The hotel is very clean and they serve delicious orange juice!
