Overview
Set in the hills around San Severino Marche, Villa Collio Relais dates back to the early 1800s. The elegant rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings and floors in parquet or terracotta. The main villa, Villa Collio, is used for wedding receptions and meetings. There are 3 smaller buildings on the property, two of which feature the bedrooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV and minibar. The third building has original stone walls and is where you will find the reception and breakfast room. A sweet Italian breakfast is served buffet style each morning. You have free parking on site and San Severino Train Station is 10 minutes' walk away. San Severino Marche Hospital is 5 minutes away on foot.

“Beautiful location”
Beautifully positioned in a quiet area, just two minutes from the city centre. Newly refurbished, spacious comfortable room. The owner has been really helpful and welcoming. Absolutely recommend.

Fillippo and his girlfriend were very helpful and kind with everything I needed. They were even kind enough to pick me up at the nearby train station. The place is lovely, comfortable and very clean. The cats on the property are cute. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay there again.

Very cosy and clean place. As a lot of things in Italy "looks like nothing much from the outside" but inside you get to be surprised. Very helpful and kind hosts.
