Overview
Located on the pretty Canarian island of La Gomera, with views of the town and the nearby island of Tenerife, this stunning Parador hotel is set on the hilltop, in beautiful tropical gardens. Go swimming in the outdoor pool, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and with great views of Tenerife. Sun loungers surround the pool, where you can lie back and soak up the sun. Stroll around the tropical gardens at any time of the day, to enjoy the tranquillity of the Parador de la Gomera. You can also go on a daytrip to the natural reserve in the centre of the island. My wife & I were really impressed with the Parador, it was exactly what we were looking for, chilled ambiance, stunning canarian/spanish decor & gardens, stunning view of Tenerife including mount teide, great staff, good food, we loved it.

“Typical Confy”
Typical large, comfortable Paradores room, large bathroom with bidet. Super large swimming pool with attendant. Great view over the port and San Sebastian. Marvellous kitchen, Michelin class IMO.

The property is in a magnificent position overlooking the sea and harbour. It is architecturally very impressive, with grand rooms, impressive gardens, good swimming pool. There is a good choice for breakfast which is both buffet and a cooked option served to you. The staff are polite and attentive.

“A wonderful parador, but you might need to have patience at the pace of service.”
A stunning location. There are plenty of areas in the parador and around the gardens to sit and relax. Swimming pool is gorgeous and larger than we had expected. Food both at breakfast and in the evening at the parador was of a very high standard, and much better than anything we found down in the town.

“An unusual place to stay”
Hotel has very nice garden with beautiful views. Plenty of lounges and outside sitting areas. Breakfast buffet was adequate, with fruit, cereals, choice of egg dishes to order. Room on ground floor with very nice patio. Dinner excellent.
