The best thing I liked here is that whenever I needed help, I called them and they listened to me every time and provided me with whatever I needed. For example, if I was unable to open the door, I called them and they helped me. I liked this thing very much.

Hostel in the city center of San Sebastian. Very clean and good bed

Locality is good and price as well. Bathrooms are shared but were all clean.

The hostel itself was not really a hostel. It is a co living which temporarily switched to being a hostel because they are doing some maintenance work at the moment. The hostel guests are not allowed in any other parts of the hostel than their rooms. Only the co-living guests can use the kitchen and the garden etc. Even though the price for the hostel guests is higher. The rooms are ok but without window (which we liked because it was dark enough to sleep well). We stayed in two different rooms - in the one room the beds were great in the other one very old and uncomfortable. The staff and the volunteers were awesome and I think the atmosphere could be really welcoming if it was a real hostel. The location is central and super quite. I’d say if the common areas would be accessible it would be an awesome hostel and worth the price and I’d recommend everyone to stay. Without being allowed to use the common areas not so much because we felt like we were not wanted there even though the co-living guest would have been ok with us using everything. Maybe you can change this :)

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very quiet. Excellent location, basically everything is within a couple of minute (bus station, shops, port, park, gym, etc.)

Lovely house with designated, super friendly and helpful lady owner. I was lucky to get a super nice and cosy room with window and view. Everything was neat and clean, beds comfortable.

Nice hostel, very good location…. Plenty of bars, restaurant around. Value for money you pay is really good.

“Perfect cozy base for exploring the island”

The manager is the man in the right place, very nice and helpful. Location is perfect - very close to the hikes, bus station, centre, beaches, restaurants, supermarket. My room was nice, cozy, with a balcony, everything was perfectly clean. Very good value for the money. The location can be a bit busy, but the hostel inside is very quiet. Self check-in system with boxes was also very easy and comfortable even for less technic-skilled people :) So I was super satisfied and enjoyed the stay there ❤️
