An exceptional hotel and one of the most unique places I have ever stayed in. Stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent facilities including a fantastic gym, beautiful pools, and a lovely walking path around the property. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The peaceful location offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Did not meet expectations”

Breakfast and the view were nice, but many issues affected our stay. Several things in the room didn’t work when we arrived, including the TV and the safe. The open shower/toilet design left the whole room wet and foggy, and a flashing alarm light above the bed made sleeping difficult. We also heard strange noises at the door at night, which felt unsafe. At the pool around 16:00, no staff or lifeguard was available for towels. Pools are cold. Communication was difficult as most staff didn’t speak English, and even with our best Spanish we often couldn’t get help. The food looked better than it tasted, the pools weren’t heated, and the patios were so close you sit almost next to your neighbours. Checkout was handled poorly: we were laughed at for asking about card payment for the taxi, given wrong price information, and received no help when the taxi turned out to be cash‑only. We contacted the hotel afterwards to give them a chance to address these issues, but they did not respond in a helpful way. They just replied with some AI generated message. Overall, the service and comfort did not meet expectations.

The attempt of the building design to follow the contour of the slope, I. E. Not a high rise building, the green plantings that will eventually lessen the impact of the overuse of concrete /cement from the front elevation of the structure.

Wonderful, architecturally interesting hotel, with gorgeous gardens and incredible views towards Tenerife. The pools and spa were great - reception staff were notably friendly and helpful.

We requested an early breakfast for 5.30 as we had to catch an early ferry and were very happy with the continental breakfast provided in the restaurant. We like the emphasis on looking after the environment and the gardens and our private terrace outside the room. The location. We liked the position of the hotel above the town and only a short distance from the ferry port. We loved the sunny terraces and many swimming pools and opportunities for rest, relaxing and exercise. We would book again, for a longer stay if we travel to Gomera again.

“We had a fantastic time”

A great modern hotel with fantastic staff and facilities and views across to Tenerife. The many pools allowed us to choose either a nice quiet spot away from the splashings of the pool or to be involved and watch the world go by.

Amazing design, both inside the room, public areas and outside spaces. Each room has a small south facing terrace, designed to give privacy from neighbouring rooms. The pools are stunning and the food was excellent. Half board strongly recommended given the distance from San Sebastián and other eating options. Wonderful and ever changing g views of Mount Teide on Tenerife.

Great scenery over the sea, Tenerife and Teide. 4 good swimming pools. They have live music every day, and with high quality.

Swimming pools were stunning and so were the views from the hotel.
