“Basic apartment with room for improvement”
The location, the pool and the view were the three things that we liked the most. The washing machine was also very handy and the air-condition was welcome in these hot temperatures.

“Calm, relaxing place by the lake”
Perfect place for relaxng or reaching any good place in Umbria in 1 hour by car. Clean, calm, well equipped, comfortable apartment, and - for us - the best was the pool and the sunset! The view to the lake is woderful. Silvia is very kind and helpful host, thanks for everything.
