1. Location - central 2. Price- very affordable, great value for money 3. Easy communication via Booking/ WhatsApp 4. Mattresses - very comfortable 5. Super clean everything 6. A/C worked in every room 7. drinking water okay , but had prepared bottled water, coffee, tea, milk, jam, buns, biscuits, oil … 8. Wi-Fi no problem 9. Parking on the street, not far from the flat
