The place is very quiet at night, decoration is relaxing and the beds are comfortable and they got a room with a beautiful terrace with a volcano view and also a common shared terrace where you can also look at the garden and San Salvador's volcano

I'll leave a detailed review to spread awareness among future persons who are considering this TERRIBLE place. My experience at this hotel, which seems like an adapted house, was extremely disappointing from the start. During check-in, the staff—possibly the owners—looked at us with disdain and unnecessarily demanded passports, implying that arriving by land made us "less valid" as tourists. There wasn't a shred of empathy or kindness. The rules are absurd and restrictive: you have to announce every departure, eating or drinking in the rooms is prohibited, and to use the refrigerator or allow any food inside, they charge an extra $25. Parking costs $5, with the implicit condition of "don't go out too much." And the worst: a curfew at 10 pm, as if it were a boarding school rather than a hotel. The breaking point came at 10:20 pm, after an intense storm that left us soaked. I arrived with my mother, an elderly person with health issues, and no one responded: they didn't open the door, answer calls or messages. We had to seek shelter in a budget hotel near a bus terminal—the only option available during peak vacation week, with everything booked solid—leaving our belongings behind and a fully paid reservation. The next day, the apologies via WhatsApp were superficial and evasive: just excuses like "we're a small hotel" and reminders of the rule, without taking any real responsibility. This ended up with my mother coming down with a bad cold from the exposure. The place offers basic amenities that don't justify the price, with slow internet and a location that's not as central as advertised. More than a hotel, it feels like an adult daycare with oppressive rules. Recommendation: Avoid it completely. It's not worth the stress or the money.

We loved our stay, this place is very cosy and has a beautiful garden. The staff was very friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean.

The property has an amazing home feel to it, the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The area is nice and quiet and feels extremely safe. They were even so nice and gave us an upgrade on check In to a room with more space for us which we greatly appreciate. Highly recommend book this place!!

Great hotel! Everything is clean and the ladies running the place are all very nice! Free water & breakfast are also nice to have. Even though you share a bathroom with others it was never occupied. Single room is quite small but it has everything you need.
