Front Desk Clerk made several mistakes:. Requested early check-in, she said 2 rooms would b available in 10 minutes, waited about an hour and she could not get in touch with facility rep to verify rooms, we left luggage at front counter and asked for them to be taken up to our room when ready, we came back at 930pm, our bags were never taken up to our room! Clerk gave us the wrong room, single bed instead of a double bed, She did not activate one of the room keys We had to go back to front desk to get a double bed room Clerk gave us the wrong room and asked we return the keys We had asked for room with a view, we got room w view to air conditioning panels
