The location is amazing, the staff is always friendly, everything is clean and comfy. You can enter the hotel and stay there using the installations without worrying about the food since the restaurant is very good and for the middle hours there are snacks and drinks in the pool bar. So there is just pure relaxation there. Totally recommend it.

The place is not worth the price. I booked a large, non-standard room, there is a leak from the sink, the jacuzzi doesn't work, there is no phone in the room to call reception, the room is very outdated. The main pool is small, not to mention the 2 personal pools with thermal water. The staff is reluctant to serve, they seem to be in hibernation. It's pretty boring there. In short - you don't have to stay there. There are other places and much, much cheaper..

It was an exceptional stay in all possible ways. We had a suite overlooking the river gorge and the view was truly majestic. The thermal waters felt so healing and refreshing after all the traveling. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, we felt it was a great value for the money.

The hotel overlooks a river (dry when we were there) in a peaceful valley. The hotel has excellent traditional spa facilities and a very warm pool fed from thermal springs. We had a suite which was very good value for money. The restaurants have a slightly tired and dated look and could benefit from some upgrading but that is a minor criticism. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely classic spa/hotel with interesting decor and art in a beautiful secluded location. Hotel, facilities and staff were all safe, clean, and excellent. Our double-room with balcony and mountain view was well appointed and comforatble. Comfortable bed. Use of the nice outdoor hot/spa pool is included. Good breakfast. Free parking. Overall, very good value.

A grand building tucked into the hillside with fabulous views down the valley and surrounding mountains. with polished wooden parquet floors and some original sofas and hardwood furniture in the reception area and reading room. The food was good and was reasonably priced which was just as well as there was nowhere else nearby worth trying. The swimming pool was very warm and the surrounding garden area well kept and attractive. A very enjoyable few days in a peaceful environment. The staff were also helpful and friendly.
