It is hart to discribe this wonderful place. We have felt here like at home. Specially atmosphere and really kind ovner made our trip better than we ever expected. We travel a lot and see many kind of accomodation. This is definitly the best place we ever stay😍 Thank You Matteo many times

A perfect medieval Italian villa located in a closed-loop compound (on two levels connecting a wooden staircase). Very cosy and tastefully decorated with all essentials. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (not attached and only one with shower). Clean linen and towels were provided with extra bedcovers and pillows. Fully equipped kitchen with all basic utensils, including simple breakfast goodies (bring your own tea if you’re a tea person). The owners were very supportive and flexible; very responsive via Booking.com chats. Free public parking is available at a walking distance Conveniently located a close drive away from Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
