Looks a little shady from the outside, but clean and comfy inside. Excellent location and lovely staff. Have stayed here a couple of times now and looking to book again.

Customer service was excellent. Room was neat and tidy.However, bedsheets were not that good quality. Check out time should be up to noon not 10 am .

Close proximity to Philip island, cafes & offers free parking in front of accomodation & ease of booking. We stayed 2 nights in room 15 (family room) so heard no traffic noises.
