Disappointed, the bathroom was so dirty and molds all over tiles, sink was clogged and overflowed, no face and hand towels at all . The towels are so old and dark colored . Walkways and pathways are very unsafe and can trip easily while walking. They give only one pillow and charged 90 pesos for additional pillows, charged fro ironing board and for face and hand towels are also extra charge. Will never come back kthe beach is not ideal for swimming it was dirty brown and murky

The facility is new. The ambience is good. Very appropriate for newly weds.

I don't like having to chase dogs n cats away from my outside eating, terrible looking cars n dogs begging for food, and I am an animal lover my whole life but sometimes it's just a bit too much Owner.

I really liked the staff attitude and hotel facilities. The staff members were courteous and timely; they even accommodated some last-minute requests without much complaining. The hotel facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. If I am able to in the future, I would be glad to stay with them again.

Perfect resort in the middle of San Remigio village. The staff were very friendly, I had a nice conversation with them. The food in the restaurant was just too delicious! ask for the seafood pasta and thank me later.

The staff at the Reception were extraordinarily attentive, the hotel facilities and amenities were fabulous and were as I expected based on the website pictures when I was browsing for a place to stay.

I like the room minus the bed is not as comfy soft that expected, the pool is good but its to far from our room you have to walk 3-5 mins to get to the pool and swim. I like the location where it's close to the highway can easily ride a bus going home.

I love our staycation at Maayo Hotel San Remigio. It's our first time to stay at Maayo and we are very happy to be greeted by very friendly staff... One standout is Yahser from the banquet team. He was very attentive to our needs and we love how he shared some backstories (pandemic times). He really knows his job and took it by heart. Great job, Maayo San Remigio Team! Ohh, last but not the least, their food selection was great! Their beef caldereta is a bomb!
