“Great alternative to the hostels”
Great place to stay 4 blocks from the heart of the city. Very great and friendly people. Comfortable rooms with bathroom and small but good breakfast. Reasonable priced in comparison to the hostels in town, where you have to pay almost the same price for a bed in a dorm.

“Nice little hotel, within walking distance to everything.”
Nice little hotel, only a couple of blocks walking distance, from the centre of town. The lovely lady at reception was super helpful & friendly (despite my broken Spanish - thanks again), as were all the staff there. The breakfast was good too.

“Big room and great value in San Rafael city center”
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center of San Rafael. Room was as described, ample, modern, comfortable and clean. Mine had a ceiling ventilator (I prefer this over AC), was over 20 m2, had 1 double and 1 single bed (I was alone) and a good bathroom. Breakfast is included. Parking is absolutely top: the hotel has a parking lot 50 m away, entrance with a remote control provided upon check in, super safe. Very friendly personnel, gave me a lot of information for potential sightseeing. Recommended

“Convenient San Rafael accommodations”
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Francia for 2 nights. The staff helped us book a tour of wineries in the San Rafael area which was more than satisfactory. Breakfast was ample and delicious both mornings.

Free parking inside the hotel, nice spaceful room, excellent shower, good breakfast with fresh fruit on top of the usual, quiet location walking distance to amenities.

“Affordable hotel in San Rafael”
The room was spacious and clean. We had heaters for the night. The hotel is very easy to access and close to the city center of San Rafael. The staff was also helpful and friendly.
