The location is perfect: 5 minutes away from downtown, very quiet. The room was very nice and the check-in easy. The breakfast is prepared the evening before, so that you can have it when you want (very convenient when you have to leave a bit early, as we had to). In a word: great!

Location. The breakfast is amazing and put ready for you really early, which is good when you walk the VF. Price - quality is good in comparison.

“A pleasant experience.”
Location is very good near everything we need to go, especially not far away from “the lonely villa” see photo, where you can have stunning views in the morning. Room is good enough and clean. Host is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is served also. We paid city tax for one person instead of two by a misunderstanding and the host didn’t ask for more. When we realised it’s too late.

Well located for the Via Francigena and for exploring the attractive town centre. We didn’t meet our hosts, but received good WhatsApp communications from them. A pleasant range of snacks for breakfast.

Great location close to the town center and all the interesting sights, coffee, restaurants, Lady Jessica was very kind, welcoming and helpful with everything i needed. I could check-in earlier. Lovely smaller but clean room, with nice little garden to relax. Refresment and very good breakfast included which was very nice.

“Excellect”
The location was perfect, very central and close to the center very easy to move around. It has a pharmacy & laundry Service close by. It is also close to get onto the Via Francigena. The room was very comfortable, I felt very welcomed there. Jessica was amazing, and very hands on, she helped me find my way around. She is a warm, caring person and well worth knowing. I would stay there again.

“4 nights in San Quirico in May”
Great central location for exploring the prettiest part of Tuscany. House was a convenient 3 minute walk to the town. Friendly and helpful hostess. Free parking on the surrounding streets. Allowed to have our dog. Shared kitchenette with many food options for breakfast or snacks.

“Great value overnighter.”
The room had everything i needed. Clean and lovely. The most amazing shower. Breakfast was awesome and being able to help yourself in the morning meant i could get an early start on the VF. Highly recommend this stay for an overnighter.
