This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment. It has a wonderful terrace with a great view and it’s right on the Via Francigena.

Easy check-in process, perfect location, no problems with parking place. Apartment is spaceous, nicely decorated. The only regret was not staying there longer...

“Splendida location immersa nel verde”

Firstly, the owner didn't reply us despite us asking a few questions over booking.com message. We were quite worried about checking in because we didn't get any instructions at all. When we arrived at around 2:50. Nobody was home (it is an apartment above the owner house, with a separate door to go into the apartment from outside.) There is obviously no lift and you have to climb flights of stairs to go to the door and once you open the door, more stairs to go into your apartment. The owner doesn't really speak much English, we had to communicate using Google translate most of the time. Anyway, at 3pm sharp the owner came back riding a bicycle and gave us the key and check in for us. Now, the house is very self sufficient, we were there for 2 days and it was great. It has nearly everything you need. Gas stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, hair dryer and even a washing machine that you can use for free. It also has a balcony with a pretty good view. The apartment is really clean, you can tell the owner put in a lot of effort in cleaning and maintaining this one bedroom apartment. The location is good, nearly all the hot spot for Tuscany photography places are around 10-30 minutes drive from here, so it's actually situated in the centre of all these hotspots. Fans were provided despite not having AC. In terms of parking, it's street parking. There are quite s number of parking in front of the house but you might not get one of they are fully occupied by other residents. Overall it is a great place to stay, I will definitely come back again in autumn or spring. But not summer.
