Great location with easy parking. The food in the restaurant is also quite good, especially the pici pasta with asparragus an truffles.

“soft bed, clean linen, warm welcome”
We were greeted with such a friendly welcome, and given a room with an amazing view. Breakfast was very nice, more than expected. Plus the accommodation was right on the via Francigena route.

“Very good service”
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and very tolerant of my poor Italian language skills. They let me leave my bag at the hotel before I checked in, which was really appreciated. Check-in went very smoothly.

The room was large, quiet and very well cleaned. The location is reasonable, next to a petrol station, but quiet. It has a good garage for storing bikes (for those travelling by bike).

It was our 16th night of our 21-day cycle tour, Via Francigena, from Gran Bernardo to Rome. We knew that the location was along the main road, but it was a very quiet place. The shower was good after a long hot cycle ride, and the beds were good. We were able to store our bikes in the locked garage below the accommodation. Thank you. We had a good dinner in the accompanying restaurant. And at 07h00 in the morning the bar is open for coffee.

Budget accomodation: not great, not terrible. Reserved parking by the hotel was comfortable. Facilities are very basic, but nothing unacceptable.
