The apartment has a terrace/yard which is lovely to sit at and have meals. We traveled with a dog and she loved the yard.

Super clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment. Quiet and convenient location, supermarket and historical center at walkable distance. Locked underground garage. Easy smart check in. We respected host’s request for using only one bedroom and one bathroom, so we didn’t have the chance to use the chromotherapy during our stay.

This was my second stay at Goccia in Valdorcia. The house was super clean with modern furniture in local style. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is very quiet. You can easily park the car in their garage or on the street. Excellent the wifi. Virginia and Luigi are great hosts! Will come back!

The owner is very supportive with all the info (wine tasting recommendations, local market, anything you need). Both terraces were very nice.

Property had 2 bathrooms and a locked garage that I was not aware of when booking. Lovely outdoor back garden if you had young family. All designed to be tech intuitive to operate.

Spacious apartment with an outdoor dining and garden. There’s 2 bathrooms, washing machine is included too. Easily accessible with a 5-10min drive to San Quirico d’Orcia. Self check-in was a smooth process

the place is super, large, beautiful, clean, comfortable and so close to the old town, also very near to all the beautiful Tuscany views! We wish to stay longer next time! enjoy every moment here! btw, there is also washing machine, which is great if you travel for long time:)

“Cozy and comfortable flat in the quite part of the village”

Very comfortable appartment in a quite place, but not far from village center. We enjoyed very well equipped kitchen. It felt very comfortable and homelike. We found there everything we needed, two sitting places outside, one if you want sun and one colder in front of the house. Small but nice garden around. Virginia was very kind and caring. We hope we come again soon. We were there with small kid and the dog and it was really perfect for us.

We stayed 3 nights during our trip to Tuscany. Quiet location in a residential part of a beautiful Tuscan town. The host Virginia was very helpful and answered all our questions immediately via WhatsApp, giving us also useful advice regarding restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very well equipped with really everything you might need during your stay, in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen. All equipment is in perfect condition, clean, and quite new. We also appreciated the garage. We felt very well all the time and we highly recommend the stay!!!
