There was a very nice woman at the reception, we got a room with a view of the river. Apart from the fact that the hotel itself is old, the rooms are also old, everything was great. The location is ideal.

“Great place in a lovely town”
The breakfast was ample and varied, lots of cakes and biscuits. There were gluten free crackers and cakes too, plus oat milk and green tea. The staff were attentive. Beds were very comfortable and the heating worked.

It was warm in the room, which is important in October. A good mattress and low pillows (not every hotel has those) made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The towels and bathrobes were truly white and fluffy. And the bedside rugs added a cozy, homey atmosphere. The breakfast is not large, but there’s a selection of salty and sweet dishes, and the coffee is good. The hotel restaurant isn’t marked on the maps, but you can enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner there at reasonable prices. We recommend trying the casoncelli. The thermal baths are nearby. The funicular was already closed, but you can still walk along the trails and enjoy the city panorama. It’s a small but very picturesque town.

Excellent location within walking distance of the thermal baths. Free parking, great breakfast, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
