“Clean, well kept, centrally located hotel”
I had a great stay. My flight arrived late, but as advertised, the desk was open 24 hours so I was able to check in. My room was very clean and was large. The bed was comfortable and the AC and WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel is centrally located and has a lot within a short walk. I highly recommend.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. There is security in the reception area.

The hotel charged us more than their own advertised price. They have no sense of customer service, just want to extract all the money from tourists. The lady at reception was super rude. The room was barely big enough to store our backpacks beside the bed. No chance of unpacking. WiFi was patchy at best. I had to cancel a scheduled voice call because the hotel internet dropped off every 30 seconds.

“Awful.”
I booked this hotel for my partner who was travelling home after visiting me in Tegucigalpa. I picked this hotel because it offered a free breakfast and also a hotel shuttle. The breakfast was free, but he was told he would need to be up at 6 am to get it (his flight wasnt until mid-day, so he was not expecting to have to get up that early to get breakfast) and the airport shuttle didnt exist, the front desk would call a taxi for you. He also felt unsafe in the hotel, as there was loud yelling during the night.

Super comfy, clean bed. The mattress had a mattress protector. The bedroom was a good size Free coffee, free drinking water They kindly sorted a taxi for me They kindly gave me a room with an external window, most of them don’t have that. But it seems I sacrificed the ability to have the WiFi reach my bedroom, but they didn’t tell me that

The people are very nice and helpful and the hotel is in a good location. In the hotel there is free coffee and water at all times!
