“Amazing tranquil refuge on the Oreja de San Pedro !”

Zoola Hotel is a wonderful refuge where you have a choice to be more sociable in the split location connected by a bridge over the street. The property is beside a horse ranch, and except for the occasional neighing, offers The most tranquil experience of any hostel in the noisy party-town of San Pedro. Wow…that delicious Grand Dame desert was such a birthday treat (see photo)! The pool was an exceptional Atitlan experience with excellent food preparation and great service in poolside dining with a view that entices you to hunker down for the day…or evening! This gives a feeling of a first class holiday on a budget —whether you stay in a dorm or the hacienda style rooms, an excellent choice for two people traveling together. The staff was really wonderful, upgrading my accommodation at first sight: “You seem like a nice person.” Loved the star-gazing on the hammocks!

Rooms were comfortable with private bathrooms too. Free breakfast + coffee included was excellent. The pool and restaurant area is so nicely renovated with lake view.

The breakfast was really good and such good value for money as it was included with the room price. The communal areas by the pool and restaurant were really lovely and had beautiful views of the lake. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Also great location, slightly hidden away down an alleyway but really close to all the shops, restaurants etc

The new restaurant and pool area is beautiful and the food at breakfast and dinner is very tasty. The staff are nice. The beds were comfortable.
