“The perfect place to rewind after a long hike!”

We liked how clean the apartment was and the TV with netflix was well needed after a long hike. Fantastic view, great common areas and good service!

These apartments are clean but basic. Located a little bit outside the main area and a little bit difficult to find. The lack of air-conditioning was an issue as the room was incredibly warm and the building appears to be unfinished.

The service was great. Miguel and Débora are really nice people and very helpful. The room was very tidy and the view from the rooftop was amazing.

The apartment is clean and has a tv with Netflix. The kitchen has good utensils for cooking and a coffee machine.

The views from the rooftop were sublime. The view from the patio in front of the apartment was also beautiful. Miguel was so friendly and willing to help us anyway we needed!

Quiet location - the xtremely comfortable bed - I think Alaskan king - it’s massive and really comfortable. Owner/host was extremely friendly. Kindly let us stay in the property later than check out as we left a little later.

A wonderful stay. Our room was lovely, a very comfortable bed and a smart TV, with excellent Wi-Fi. Perfect for a relaxing stay. The shared kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Miguel, our host, was exceptional. He went above and beyond for us, doing our laundry and always contactable via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend this property!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment - Miguel and his family were very accommodating and made themselves available for any questions I had. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Atitlan.

Excellent host. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the roof. Bed was better than most in Guatemala. The 2 best restaurants in town ate very close (Smoking Joe's and Tacoyaki). Room is modern and clean. Free laundry service.

Miguel was friendly and helpful. The room was well located to get around San Pedro. The roof terrace have a lovely view and the room we originally booked has nice hammocks to relax in located outside.

The family who owns the apartments are amazing. Very kind and helpful! They offered to do our laundry and answered all of our questions! Highly recommend

Comfortable, soft beds and very nice facilities. The host is exceptional. He was extremely accommodating, coordinated a couple of tours for us at great prices, and was overall super pleasant to work and chat with. Would definitely stay again.
