“Beautiful hotel”

We loved the view. Kayaking directly out the front. Pool table and ping pong table undercover. Great location. Stunnning views. Use of kitchen.

The hotel is very centrally located on the shores of Lake Atitlán and offers a beautiful view from the terrace. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The location is very quiet and away from the party street. I also enjoyed the company of the hotel’s cats, which seemed very comfortable around people. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend the hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and quiet location and friendly service.

“Nice, peaceful hotel overlooking the lake”

This hotel is ideally situated away from the noise of the town centre but still only a 5min walk away. The room was a good size with a great view over the lake. The restaurant on the rooftop was excellent for dinner (we didn’t sample the breakfast). We also appreciated the water coolers that you can refill your bottles from plus the communal kitchen. Plus the price is very good.

Loved the location. It was a short walk to the town but very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. Staff were friendly Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable Free drinking water Well equipped communal kitchen

A very pretty and friendly hotel on the lake. Staff / reception super friendly & helpful. Lots of gardens & terraces. A big sout out to Gato Perdito restaurant & two terraces. Food very impressive and fresh. A stand alone top restaurant. A great choice as a short walk to "the strip" and Lancashire as very peaceful location & beautiful views

This hôtel was perfect! The room was big enough for two. The staff was super nice and was always there to help us!

The rooms in this hotel are nice enough but fairly basic. Position overlooking the lake is nice and it is an OK walk from the centre. I think that we were trying to find the elusive ground between hostel and luxury and this maybe erred a little more towards travellers while we were on a two-week holiday and maybe I should have forked out a little more. I think we also preferred San Juan to San Pedro. Restaurant was really good.

“A poetic stay by the lake”

Staying here is one of my favorite memories from Guatemala. Our room was right by the lake, and we loved spending time there reading, watching the sunset, and listening to the sounds of nature. Their new restaurant is fantastic—some of the best food we had during our trip. I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect location with a view on the lake. Rooms are big and. Wifi worked well, especially considering the wifi usually isn't great around the lake. I would work from my room a lot. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely vibe with cats in the main lobby, a nice garden and a fab roof terrace with lake views and sun loungers. The on site restaurant is also really nice. Bit out of the main area so it's quiet, but still easy to get into San Pedro and some nice cafes and bars very close.

Beautiful serene location, charming rooms and very helpful and cheerful staff. I great find on an otherwise busy and noisy town

“Everything you need for a stay in San Pedro :)”

Great lake views from the room as well as the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Warm water (when the gas tank was empty, we simply went to reception and a few minutes later it worked properly again). The restaurant is great so no need to walk into town for food.
