My plans changed, so I didnt stay here for a night but only for couple of hours. Place seemed nice and clean to me. For a good value.

Felix and Rosalia were so lovely! The breakfast was included and was amazing, eggs and avocado toast every day and coffee. The location was good, it was away from the centre but not having to walk up the huge hill.

The breakfast was really good!

This is a return visit. The hotel is the same. Small simple hotel just up from the lake on the outside of San Pedro. About 15-20 miins walk to the main dock.It is clean and quiet and includes a good cooked breakfast. A real bargain for the price.just don't expect the Hilton

Lovely, homely atmosphere. The rooms are simple but perfect for sleeping. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. It's a bit outside the city center, but the heart of the city can be reached quickly with a comfortable walk or a tuk-tuk ride. For those who want to get a little closer to the everyday life of the locals, this is a perfect choice. Recommended.

This is closer to a homestay than a hotel. Expect to be greeted by a friendly family, a barking dog and the odd cries of a younger family member here and there. The whole place has a lot of charm, and the free breakfast was really amazing for the price (despite only being from 7am - 8:30am).

Nice, quiet location outside of town. Quiet as in you're not hearing tuktuks, taxis, drunk ppl screaming (as can be the case if you stay in el centro- the center). Unfortunately some noisy dogs that bark at night and in the morning, which can be so hit or miss anywhere you stay in Guatemala and in San Pedro. The couple who owns the hotel is mostly very nice and sweet. The man can be a bit rude and standoffish. Other hostels/hotels I've stayed in in Guatemala seemed more relaxed around little things.

Considering it's a private room, with your own bathroom, it's a great value for money. The breakfast is great and well prepared by Felix, the coffee is just regular. It's in San Pedro, but it's away from the party hostels and pubs, so it's quiet for the most of time. It's close to the lake, so very easy to have a nice walk on the shore. Didn't have problems with hot water or wifi, like others reviewers mentioned, but my showers lasted less than 10 minutes.

Great value for money with the breakfast and I liked the location being right by a Spanish school and a little out of the hussle and bussle but walkable to everywhere
