Location and view.

Fairly quiet hotel at the end of one of the main roads.

Kind and helpful staff. Our transportation from Antigua cancelled and we weren't able to find alternative transportation to Atitlan. The hotel allowed us to change the dates for free, even though it was already past the check-in time for our booking. Nice and clean little kitchen. Nice being able to relax in the hammock or on the rooftop. Simple but adequate room. We were able to wash our clothes using the laundry sink and were provided with laundry soap.

The location was great, no busy street noise. The beds were suprisingly confortable. The staff very friendly. The rooms were clean.. You can go up to the roof and have much better views.

The place had a nice view on the lake, the staff were kind and able to help with tours etc., it is a a bit simple but good for a few nights.

Exceeded expectations. Great value for the price. Right across the street from the lake and next to a small reserve. Very quiet. Incredibly friendly family runs it. I will definitely come again and I wish them all the best with their business!

The view is perfect on the upper levels. The terrace has an amazing view. It's at the end of the main street but only a short walk to the centre. Easy to escape the noise when needed.

Great location, reasonably priced and very helpful staff. The view from our room of the lake was stunning, and the hotel was perfect for a few days in San Pedro

This was a great spot that looked family owned and run. It was very clean. It was a relaxing spot close to town but far enough away to not hear any noise. Hot showers, comfy bed, and a great price. It also had a common area for kitchen

Room is okay with private bathroom and table, also a hammock and table on the balcony in front. A small kitchen for common use.

The location was amazing, but you do need to have the balcony with lake view, at least on the second floor. It is a family business, and they are all so kind and helped us with everything. Small kitchen with really only the basics, but it was enough for us

The owner was very kind and always available on WhatsApp. He responded quickly to any requests and made sure we had a great stay.

Good sized single room with a table to keep my bags; they got me on a group hike to Mayan Face; great views from the reception and other parts of the premises: was able to store my bags in a room after check out; at the end of the alley which makes it less trafficked (good for some)
