“Convenient place to stay”
I've stayed a few times. Convenient. Has a kitchen. Beds/rooms are comfortable. I like the roof space. Lolita is helpful.

The staff were rude and not very helpful. We had to book 2 single occupancy rooms and when we arrived both rooms had 5 beds.

“Fantastic! Book it”
I don't know why this is so cheap! The beds are comfortable, lockers available, plenty of power plugs, pretty garden, hot powerful showers, very clean shower facilities, central location. I definitely would have paid more for this place and I will 100% book again if/when I'm in San Pedro

“Great stay at a great price!”
The lady that runs the hotel was really lovely and accommodating, the room was very clean and comfortable, the shower was great and we booked the Indian Nose hike through the hotel which was half the price of what was available on Get Your Guide. Great location too!

Such a good location - off the main street so quiet at night but close enough walk to get to shops, cafes, boats, etc. Run by the loviest family. We had a private room for 4 nights and it was great.

Very nice budget hotel in the heart of San Pedro la Laguna. There is a guest kitchen where you can buy filtered water for 2Q a litre. The wifi worked well throughout the building. The showers have hot water. You can get your laundry done for 15Q a kg. Try to get room 11 on the third floor. Not only is it spacious, but it comes with its own private balcony and hammock. If you want to hike up Volcan San Pedro, the owner knows a tuktuk driver who'll pick you up at the gate and drive you there for 25Q. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want to see and do around town. Definitely stay there if you are looking for good value!

Lovely stay, simple but clean, spacious and comfortable room and in a great location. The staff were lovely and really helpful, I was able to check in early and organised my shuttle to Antigua through them for a good price. Overall I was really happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again if I'm back in San Pedro!

The hotel is close to the center without being in it. The room was big enough and having our private bathroom was ideal. The kitchen is simple and easy to use.
