“Great staff but the accomodation needs some work”

The host was really nice. She was so friendly and assisted with all the questions we had! She really is a great host. The blankets of the bed were also really clean and they really tried their best with the accomodation.

Large, comfortable room. Coffee maker, fridge and water refills were really appreciated. Hosts were great with communication and early check in!

We ended up staying here two weeks to explore the surrounding lake towns during out slow travel. The rooms are huge and include a smart tv, mini fridge, coffee machine, and a very comfortable king sized bed, as well as a shared outdoor patio area. Showers were always hot and rooms were deep cleaned every three days. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay again!

“Good choice for a hotel”

It was a very comfortable bed and the communication with the staff was great. They also let us keep our luggage in our room after checkout which was really helpful.

“Big rooms but no view”

Looked like add-on buildings in a parking area at the back of a main building. No view. Room was big and comfortable with high ceilings, but the shower was not very strong, nor very hot. Kitchenette had taps missing. Small touches such as a small fridge, an area to hang clothes, a few shelves, or luggage racks would have been nice. Main gate was closed and locked at 8:00pm.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and calming. It has everything you need! Water, ref, microwave, utensils, and even dishwashing liquid. The owners are kind and helpful.

Big spacious room with large double bed. Enly was a great host and was quickly able to turn round some laundry for us too. Great value for money and felt very safe.

Room is very big, lot of space. Fully equipped (fridge, TV, microwave). Nice shower Staff is super frindly and helpful!

“Fantastic stay, highly recommended”

We liked everything about our stay! Enly and her family are wonderful people, we had privacy and safe parking for our motorcycles. The unit was close to everything but yet quiet and private. It was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our time there very much. Having laundry services was an added bonus. Highly recommend, and will definately come back.

Fantastic host, very fast replies on WhatsApp and accommodating (we booked last minute on Xmas eve and were able to get early check in and late check out) MASSIVE bed, very comfortable Hot shower, big smart tv, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, fans Brilliant location, much quieter than along the waterfront, easy walk to the dock and only Q10pp in a tuktuk

“Great comfortable accommodation”

Light and airy room , comfortable bed good shower, tv with Netflix etc, nice location with everything on your doorstep as in restaurants and shops . Quiet 😊 so easy to get a good nights sleep but walkable to lively area or catch a Tuk Tuk for £1 each The staff we so friendly and helpful and also do laundry should you wish, would recommend to anyone

“Lovely staff, great apartment and great location”

We booked to stay here for 2 nights and we extended for a further 3 as my partner was sick. The staff really helpful, especially with a misunderstanding of extending a night. The tv allows you to log into Netflix, and there were basic utensils such as plates, bowls, cutlery and coffee (which was really useful for us as we had to bring food back to the apartment). I asked about using a microwave and they actually brought me a microwave to the room. We did a load of washing for 45 quetzals, which was done the same day. Thank you so much for your help and support on what was a difficult time for us. Location is good, highly recommend equiroast down the road for a coffee!

“Great value for money!”

Enly was a very friendly and attentive host. The room is clean and has everything you need (even fridge, microwave , which I did not use). The bed was comfortable, hot water available at the bathroom.

Very comfortable, modern and simple. Warm shower, big bed, Netflix and enough to make drinks and simple meals. Enly was lovely and checked in with us during the stay. 10 minute walk to the Main Street.

“Perfect Location in San Pedro”

This place was amazing. Comfortable king size beds, tucked away from the Main Street so felt very safe and the lady that owns the place was so welcoming and helpful! We booked 2 nights and ended up staying 6 nights in total, she even let us leave our bags whilst we left for a 3 day trek and then came back. Felt very well looked after!
