Although it is a simple room, they have 2 double bads and the bathroom has glass shower door - not that unpleasure shower curtain. Nice staff, free water, coffee and tea all the time, they also have good options for the breakfast. The location is close to the Main Street, about 5 min walk

The facilities were the best we have seen in the city - really great gym, amazing rooftop and great restaurant. The staff were also so lovely - really went out of their way to help us. We stayed at a few places in San Pedro and this was hands down the best

“Good location”

We stayed for 4 nights so that we had a good base to do the Rostro Maya sunrise hike and also San Pedro volcano.     It was a good point for both.     The staff are lovely,  they are good with Google translate too, which we needed because our Spanish is limited.   I recommend a room with a balcony if you like a light room.  The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you get soap.   The plunge pool is nice,  breakfast is plentiful, and we only had the Guatemala option, so I can not comment on all options.     Great coffee.   The roof terrace is a great bonus.   It's very stylish,  has great views, and has lots of birds too.   It's a really nice place to spend some relaxing time.    There is noise from the gym, which is about 1 meter away from the hotel,  but,  honestly,  it didn't bother us.   Most days, we were up early and out anyway.   Bring earplugs.  There are plenty of options nearby for eating and the main town is only 5 minutes walk.   There are supermarkets within a minute, too. 

“Friendly and authentic stay in San Pedro”

Very friendly family staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Great rooftop to chill out. It‘s not really in the centre which makes it a bit more quiet.

Great breakfast, nice people (no English), attentive to what was needed. Our shower didn't work initially and they fixed it right away. To get the warm water you need to turn the tap on half way but it gets a decently warm temp. They had a lamp on the bedside which is amazing and rare in Guatemala!

Lots of positives! Great large breakfast, really friendly staff who helped us a lot, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice balcony with views of the surrounding scenery (not lake views), really nice rooftop terrace, gym, and location (10 minute walk from the ferry)

The location is great! 8min walk from the centre of town, away from the noise. The rooftop is lovely!! The staff were all excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and really refreshing on hot days.

The family were really nice and kind. The breakfast was lovely. Our rooms were very neatly organised. The lady also helped us get a tuk tuk when we needed one. Excellent stay
