This property is a scam. They charged my credit card for my stay and pretended their account was hacked and that I should pay again. Of course, account hacking can happen, but when you asked them to show you the proof that their account was hacked and to show you the report to the police or relevant authorities, they denied to show you the proof. I paid for this hotel that's why I am able to write this review on Booking.com, even though I have left the hotel on the first day and found another hotel in San Pedro. Any hotel or hostel in San Pedro de Atacama is better. Also, the room window cannot be locked/closed, so anyone from the corridor can access your room through the window even if you lock the door. That was another safety red flag.

Location great.

Getting in and out of the building with the key was difficult and we were never aware that there would be nobody at the front desk during the night. No windows to the outside in the bedrooms. The rooms got fairly warm even with the fan on

The hotel is a short ten-minute walk from the centre of San Pedro. It's a small family business, run by a nice, helpful lady, who makes a very good breakfast.

No speaking English we informed them that their booking account and hotel account has hacked and that we paid and lost money and that all the personal data telephone passport inf everything was compromised and they didn’t nothing to correct it or at least to say they are sorry for the incident they only said that they new it was hacked and don’t even informed the clients with a letter about it

Good basic hotel. Clean and safe. Comfortale bed.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and clean bedsheets. The room was cleaned everyday. For breakfast fresh juices. In the kitchen was prepared potable water. We could use the kitchen 24/7.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, they went above and beyond for us. Great location not too far from the centre of town.

It is a hassle to get into the hotel. We had to ask the shops around, who then tried to contact the hotel for us. When we got there, the room was not ready. It was already late in the afternoon. Breakfast was very basic. Not close to the main centre. Rooms were very small for the high price we paid.
