The warm welcome, no hassle early check in (especially welcome after a long haul flight), beautiful room, great breakfast and complementary soft drinks from 4 in the courtyard garden.

“Beautiful place to relax after visiting the desert around.”
The food at the restaurant was very good, and very good variety for breakfast. Coffee maker with excellent choices, free filtered water, free coca leaves and tea! Very good service! All staff very helpful especially the guy that was on night shift, for couple of times he ran an extra mile to be of help, he reminded me there is coffee in the restaurant before leaving for the geysers at 4 AM!! I'm impressed!

“Would not recommend staying here”
Put shortly, this place is seriously overpriced for what it is. This is an expensive hotel and did not live up to our expectations. -No Air con for a hotel in the middle of the desert, couldn’t sleep at night due to the heat. - pool itself is very small, filthy and very tired. Whole pool area feels dirty. We had to wait 3 hours for a sun lounger to become available. - the pool bar wasn’t open *at all* during our stay. We went to the lunch area to get a drink and were told once they would “see what they could do” about getting us a drink. The second time we went to redeem our welcome drink we were told they were too busy to make a cocktail and that we could only have beer or wine. - breakfast was very disappointing - eggs and bacon were seriously undercooked / inedible. We had to go out to get food. We subsequently stayed in a hotel for half the price for the second half of our trip in the Atacama and it has been fantastic. In comparison, NOI is very overpriced and in need of some serious maintenance and improvement to food and service.

“Just amazing”
There is to much to say. The property is an oasis in the desert. You drive down a dusty road with lots of high walled properties and you think hmmmm where am I, then you walk up the stairs in the NOI Casa, and your like WOW. It’s an oasis, the staff are so friendly and helpful. your room is designed to fit the area and culture. The facilities are so quaint and inspired by the local area. I’d highly recommend a stay at NOI Casa.

“It is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore this fascinating region.”
It is a lovely hotel with a very friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is in a great location and has everything I needed - it is a beautiful and relaxing environment. The food was delicious and they had vegan options. I would love to return with family and friends.
