Everything was great from the staff to room to facilities! Location was very near some of the sights we visited too. There's a Devil's Throat nearby that you can go mountain biking yourself which is pretty cool. The price for the room was punchy but definitely worth it.

Amazingly well organized considering the local conditions. The guides were excellent, and so were service staff in the restaurant, housekeeping and reception. We had a hard time restraining ourselves from the tasty meals.

The architecture of the hotel is exquisite, the surroundings are superb, the stuff tries to be as helpful as possible, but their hospitality skills and English are generally poor.

Nayara truly lived up to our expectations. The staff and service were 5* all around - excellent, attentive and personal. Nothing was too much trouble. The excursions were organised without a glitch and were also fabulous. The facilities of the hotel are beautiful from the rooms to the pool/spa to the outdoor seating area with fires. It’s just gorgeous. The staff and service make this a truly special trip. Particular thanks to Freddy in the restaurant who was wonderful, and the fabulous reception team. The facility is a top class property. Starting from pre-checkin communication to checkout and dropoff at the airport, it was excellent. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. The property has thought about every small detail that the guests will need and didn't charge for them (nickling and diming was absent).
