“Great experience in San Pedro de Atacama”
Good location and great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely hot, however they gave us a fan to reduce the temperature. Breakfast was incredible.

“A lovely stay in a quiet but central location.”
The breakfast and restaurant were excellent. The pool and grounds are lovely. The hotel is well located and quiet. The staff are friendly. The room was very nice.

“Quiet location, friendly staff.”
Very good breakfast, lovely staff, clean room and bathroom. They even prepared a “breakfast box” for us, because we went for a trip early in the morning – and the box did contain a lot of good stuff.

This is a nice hotel in San Pedro. It is a very clean and cozy hotel with a new part that is newly renovated. Staff is nice and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. It is very well located, but San Pedro is a small town, so you can walk everywhere.

Negatives: Room small and very outdated. Very noisy whenever a door closed. Breakfast offering poor. The hotel is very overpriced for the quality. Positives: great location in town. Bed was comfy.

The place is great. I didn't use the swimming pool but the pool area and the staff were great at all times. Breakfast was good as well.

“Petty, unfriendly and dishonest”
Never in my whole life had I experienced such an awful service in a hotel. The hotel is petty, the staff are unfriendly and last but not the least we were victims of a scam (please see photos). There are lots of hotels or even hostels nearby where one could pay the same (or perhaps lower) rates and have if not a better experience at least a more pleasant stay. Please bear in mind these experience was unique in comparison to all the other iterations during our trip. San Pedro is a wonderful town, the travel experience itself was awesome, local people are friendly and wholehearted, from guides to clerks to drivers to waitresses in other restaurants. Everything was just perfect, except for this staff and this hotel.
