“Lovely little hostal close to centre”

A lovely little hostal in a good location near the centre but far enough away not to be noisy at night. Pretty, shady garden to relax in.

The place is cozy and well equipped with kitchen. We did not make use of breakfast because we were on tours all the time but the owner made "snack bags" for us every night which was super appreciated.

Owners were really nice and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Outside seating was nice. The bathrooms were amazing. Wifi was very fast.

I spent my first day at Hostal Perita. Later, I was sent back here after failing to enter Bolivia because of altitude sickness. When I stopped at the gate of the hostal, checking my phone in quiet despair, the owner’s son, Nacho, suddenly opened the door and welcomed me in. There was no room left at Hostal Perita. I asked if I could stay for a few minutes while I looked for another place. He agreed without hesitation and helped me search. The place I finally found was not easy to reach with luggage. Without hesitation, he drived me and carried my bag part of the way. He helped me more than he had to. This cool young man is a true friend.

Amazing accomadation only a few minutes walk into the heart of San Pedro. The property has a gorgeous gated garden in a super quiet area, where you can eat your nice breakfast each morning. The room is very clean with a super comfy bed. It was the ideal location for a wonderful 4 nights in San Pedro. The owner was also very helpful.

I had a large room with an en-suite and, importantly, it was one of the cleanest rooms I stayed in through my 3 weeks that I travelled in Chile (cleaner and better maintained than the 4* hotel I stayed in Santiago). Everything was very clean, including the kitchen which was a shared space (there's a hob, fridge, working top, kettle etc) . I rested well, the bed was very large and comfy, and the place was quite quiet (no wild parties which you can hear in other hostels and no noise from other bars/hotels). It was conveniently situated only a few streets away (4-5min walk away) from the bustling centre of San Pedro. The hosts were super nice, helpful and flexible. I had lovely chats with them which made my stay even nicer since I was travelling alone. Breakfast was good. I'd certainly stay again.

Quiet location, Few rooms so not a big crowd Owners always available to answer the questions.

Everyone working in the hostal was extremely nice and helpful. They made extra mile to make sure guest feel comfortable and welcome.

Excellent accommodation with friendly owners. Beds are comfortable and the shower is hot. There is a nice yard to eat breakfast in or relax. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.
